Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with the real player feedback service on RateMySteamPage.com, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility

• Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
• Subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at fiddlergamedev@gmail.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same service, or if player feedback collection has already been completed or substantially progressed.
