By accessing or using any Fiddler Games product or service, including ReviewGuesser.io and RateMySteamPage.com (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Fiddler Games operates web-based gaming tools and platforms. ReviewGuesser.io is a free browser game where players guess a game's review count from its Steam store page. RateMySteamPage.com offers free AI-powered Steam page analyzers and an optional paid service that provides real player feedback by promoting games on ReviewGuesser.io.

3. Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to abuse, harass, or disrupt the Services or other users.

4. Payments

RateMySteamPage.com's real player feedback service requires payment (starting at $40 USD). AI analyzers are free. All prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe, LemonSqueezy). By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code of the Services are owned by Fiddler Games. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranty. Fiddler Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
